The Taipei Hakka Culture Foundation has long been dedicated to promoting Hakka art and culture. In 2025, it presents " Limˇ Am eˋ" Land Art Festival, inviting artists with a Hakka creative vision to draw inspiration from the park's agricultural landscapes, natural ecology, and cultural heritage to create diverse works of art.

" Limˇ Am eˋ", in Hakka, which means the transitional moment, when daylight fades and night begins, symbolizing transformation and renewal in the interplay of light and shadow. The art festival showcases the alternation and continuation of Hakka culture between the old and the new time.

The " Limˇ Am eˋ"Land Art Festival will be held at the Taipei City Hakka Cultural Park and Treasure Hill Artist Village in this February, integrating the beauty of humanity and nature; Simultaneously, delivering charm of transformation of Hakka culture.
